Earth Science Reference Tables
This link will direct you to our district's record keeping software for grades and attendence. With a username and password you can review your child's grades in all of his or her classes and keep track of progress with assignments.
Students...use this website to keep up to date on school work and to check your grades. I recommend checking this site at least once per week.
Click on the picture above and the link will take you to a pdf version of the Earth Science Reference Tables (ESRT). The reference tables are a resource used by the students on quizzes and tests. Approximately, 30 to 40 percent of the answers on the Regent's Exam can be found within these pages. If, by chance, you should lose the copy distributed to you at the start of the year, you can click the icon above and print out another copy.
Units
Unit 1 - Mapping
Through the Mapping Unit we will learn how to locate and understand places on Earth. The goals of this unit will be to:

Identify locations on Earth using the coordinate system of latitude and longitude

Understand how to use maps to determine stream flow patterns, slope, topographic profile, etc.
